Act I

You and Arthur have been "traveling" for a few years now. He was very strange, a gentleman, and more or less a hot-head, but he was your angry Brit. If I dare to add, the traveling wasn't going to different countries or landmarks, it was around to different time periods. You have been to the nineteenth century, three hundred years from now, and The Maya. It was fun, but you never thought of how worried your parents could be, until now.

"Okay, we're back in London." Arthur said while opening the TARDIS's door for you to step out.

As you stepped out of the "police box" a flying paper hugged your face, and you had to pull it off. After you yanked off the clingy paper, you read it. It was for a missing person, and that person was you. Arthur was looking over your shoulder, scanning the pages quietly as his eyes grew bigger and bigger every word. When the scanning of the poster ended you turned your head to look at a worried Arthur.

"What's the meaning of this?" you barked at him. "I thought you were only talking me for two months, but this paper says I've been gone for two YEARS."

"No, wait ___...dammit..." He called out as you walked away from him and the TARDIS.

He thought for moments then he made a decision to follow you. When it came to walking he wasn't as fast as you were so he had to pick up the pace to catch up to you.

***

You have finally reached your flat--Arthur right behind you--and knock solidly three times on the door. Once the door opened two pair of arms wrapped around you and hot tears were were sliding off the owners cheeks. "____, ____, ____, oh _____" was repeated like a broken record.

When your parents parted they saw two emerald orbs looking at you and your family. Your father glared at him while you mom pushed you aside and marched up to Arthur. "So, YOU'RE the person who kidnapped my daughter," Your mom barked at Arthur the same way you did. "We were worried about my daughter and she suddenly appears home with you."

So, that must be where she got the attitude from...Arthur thought. "Well I lost track of time and she wanted to come along with me to travel the universe anyway." Arthur snapped back at her, but not as much.

"Don't you dare 'Well I lost track of time and she wanted to come along with me to travel the universe anyway" me, mister." She mimicked him with an intimidating stare.

"Okay, and I'm called Arthur thank you very much." He huffed.

While Arthur and your mother, Lydia, were arguing you were talking to your dad about just inviting Arthur in to tea and such. He agreed and stepped in between Mother and Arthur. "Okay, okay. I'm going to let him come in for tea, Lydia so calm down," your tall father looked down at his wife.

"Fine, this time only though," Your mother sighed and stomped inside your flat.

***

"So let's get this straight. You're a time lord?" your parents questioned in unison--cocking their eyebrows at Arthur.

"Yes, I am very sorry to not talking to the both of you sooner," Arthur answered with his serious tone.

"It's fine...You didn't have any contact of us anyway," Mother replied quickly, her attitude changed.

You were singing at the table quietly--listening to their conversation--and drinking more tea. It has been about three hours since everyone has stepped in the clean flat. The conversation ended after a half hour and you were getting ready to rest, but you were stopped by Arthur. "What?"

He sighed, looked at your parents, then back to you. "We'll be leaving tomorrow,"

He has talk your parents into letting you stay with him a bit more, so you were leaving tomorrow, but you don't know what time.

Act II

After a nice, long sleep you woke up, ate your breakfast, and got dressed. Once you packed a little bag you woke Arthur--who had fallen asleep. "Wake up..." you shook his sleeping figure.

A groan was heard and his eyelids flickered open to show the green texture of his iris. "Is it time to go..." he yawned while rolling of the sofa.

"Yes." you answered his slur.

***

An hour has passed since you left with Arthur once again--your parents knowing this time. You were slightly worried how the rest of your family--aunts and uncles--may react to this. "____, where would you like to go this time." Arthur huffed out, working on the TARDIS's controls.

You thought for a moment and sighed. "I don't know...During the Renaissance, I guess."

He gave you a sound in return that sounded like "Alright" and set in everything for the TARDIS. Everything shook for about three minutes then it all stopped--Welcome to the Renaissance.

***

You got in one of the dresses in the wardrobe of the TARDIS and tapped Arthur's shoulder. "Let's go then." he muttered and stepped out of the police box.

The city you were both in was London; you couldn't tell from the foul stench though. You took careful steps around a plaza that was loud and bustling. A person bumped into you by accident--a man. "O-oh, I am sorry miss. I d-didn't see you..." he apologized and quickly got up.

You were about to get up by yourself, but the man helped you up in the most gentle way he could. "Okay, thank you," Arthur harshly said and took you away.

"Hey, what was that for?" you asked him with a frustrated tone.

"Nothing," Arthur snapped at you. "He was just an idiot."

You looked back to see the man watching you leave--he had long blonde hair and a stubble on his chin. Arthur stopped dragging you when he reached to a house on the outskirts of London. "I think you might like this place," he looked at you--know relaxed. "Since you like poetry and all."

Arthur walked up to the door and knocked solidly on it. When it swung open there was a familiar man--it was William Shakespeare. "Yes?" Shakespeare greeted.

***

"Well, it's very nice to meet you, Arthur and you too, ____," William said waved goodbye to you leaving.

It was nice to meet Shakespeare--he was a kind fellow. "Okay, so we got to go to a different time period....or do you want to stay in the TARDIS this time?" Arthur gave you a choice while walking back to the TARDIS.

"Can we stay in the TARDIS, I like it here," you smiled and he sighed.

"You just want to stay here to talk to Shakespeare, don't you?" he huffed.

"Yes, but I know you want to be with him more because he's giving you love tips," you chuckled.

"What makes you think that," he furrowed his bushy brows at you.

Your chuckles got louder. "Well, I heard the two of you talking about me,"

He blushed and looked away from you. "Shut it,"

***

When you made it back to the TARDIS you were two inches close to Arthur, and it was your turn to blush. "You were right," he muttered and leaned in closer to you.

Your soft lips connected with his chapped ones in a tender kiss. It felt as if the sparks flew around you, but when he parted everything got dull again. "We should sleep," he spat out. "It's getting dark."

You nodded and went to go get everything to sleep, after a good ten minutes you and Arthur closed your eyes a went into a deep slumber.

Knowing that he loved you, it's not going to be as bad to travel the universe with him.
This is an entry for the time contest on :iconaph-best-readers:

I kind of *mostly* mixed in Dr. Who with this...even though I'm still on the first season of the show >.>

Anyways I hope you enjoy, and if I was a grammar problem or anything like that just tell me, I'll change it. Also, requests are open, but note me for one prease.
